A client responsible for oil and gas contracts has strong technical requirements but lacks a consistent framework for project management and project evaluation. In addition, supplier feedback was poor because the requirements kept changing.

We delivered a series of workshops for the project team and built:

• Project management framework tailored for oil, gas and sustainability projects

• Evaluation tools to measure project success

• Governance and management systems for continuous improvement

Within three months of deployment, the client noticed a 30% time saving in project alignment meetings, freeing up senior managers' time to focus on strategy.  Post implementation survey showed satisfaction scores increased as a result of “clearer requirements” and “consistent feedback”
